I'm looking at an old canal cruiser which has a sound, but badly discoloured pramhood over the cockpit It appears to be made of some kind of man-made fibre "Canvas", with a coating on the inside. Is there a product ("paint"/dye) that would restore its former glory?
One other thing. I've just "varnished" my stairs at home with Le Tonkinois - brilliant result, but someone put masking tape down when painting around them, and it has been left too long. How do I get it off without destroying the finish?
