SWMBO has just passed through/past, it seems, on her 50km charity walk.

I did say that she should stop and say hello however I suspect she just waved shyly from a distance

Having done the moon walk in London, 26K. I would advise you have a foot spa, nice bubbly bath ready as well, then offer a massage.

Mandatory chocolate in the fridge just in case.

Thats a tough walk to do. The weather today is ideal though so thats good.

Thats the sort of thing my hubby would do. We have been married over 20 yrs so we both know that means a take away, and he's collecting it.
