Greece Pilot Books?

I think they are bilingual English Greek

I just went through the chaotic forest of my favourites and found that the link was originally given here by a forumite named Glyka, who might possibly know more about possible translations or english booksellers; if he does not see this thread, you might drop him a PM

try here - for more info in English.

They are bilingual and a large (A3) format that includes all the charts you need for each area, as well as port plans and pilotage info. At 90 euros each they seem expensive at first sight, but the whole of Greece is covered in just four books - I thoroughly recommend them.

You can now also get smaller (and cheaper) pilot charts covering less area, eg: PC1 covers the Saronic, PC4 Western Cyclades etc. They are called pilot charts as they have a chart on the front and pilotage information on the back.

We use them all the time and they are great. He has a lot of local knowledge on them - currents, local weather signs, and his own special symbol that indicates which direction an anchorage has shelter in.

On the back are plans of all the anchorages and you'll find lots of places that are not in Heikell (don't tell too many people about this as some of them are lovely and uncrowded because the Heikellites don't know they exist!)

They are published by Eagle Ray and the contact details are:
