A friend of mine has a prosthetic arm and used o travel to America on business a lot. The first time he travelled there after the new rules came in he perplexed the immigration man due t the missing arm. He came up with the solution of the index finger and the next finger being the substitute for the missing one with the comment that 'This is you index finger which is missing'.

Abu Hamza won't have that problem, as I can't see him getting out.
