yesterday, the EU parliament voted to reject proposals to disclose members allowances and pension enhancements ...... a truly democratic and transparent organisation? Currently, 40% of the EU budget is spent on agriculture & fishing which is 2% of the member states economic activity ..

hmm ... not yet ... plan is:
Claymore registered under 10m Cat A (with shellfish) at port of Bilbao and
doctored log to show caught 50,000kgs of assorted fish which amounts to subsidy of euro 72,941 and
will then volunteer to scrap his boat for further payment of (VCU of 98 times current rate with performance history) = euro 122,000

all wi' oot ra boat gang onywhere near ra water and the auld goat being nin the wiser .... good, eh?
