For reasons that were largely my own fault we found ourselves needing a complete engine and drive transplant.
The local boatyard rescued us from my tangled Keyhaven mooring, lifted the boat analysed the problems, planned the solution and sourced and installed a replacement engine gearbox, shaft system, exhaust system etc etc. They have done everything possible to reduce the costs while maintaining professional standards and have achived a very tight schedule so that we can get away on the annual cruise on time.
After hearing so many stories about bad service from marine businesses it is refreshing to see that customer service and professional standards still exist .
