Had to return my 18mth old SH CP180i because one day it didn't work (water ingress I suspect). Anyway returned it on 5 June and on 9th they send me a new unit fully packaged, no quibbles or questions. Whilst I would have been happier if the unit had not failed in the first place I feel SH have responded quickly and helpfully & honoured their warrenty. Well done and I will certainly have SH high on my list when purchasing other electronic kit. No connection etc.
 
No connection? You ought to get that sorted mate, that was probably the problem /forums/images/graemlins/laugh.gif
