I think it's always worth posting about good service. I have a Jimmy Green RORC type danbouy and the caps for the flotation chamber had perished over the years. I wrote to them more with the intention of pointing out the fault (and them making improvements for the future) than expecting them to do anything about it. The bouy after all has stood on my boat's transom for four years. They promptly sent back replacements, free of charge and post.
