Arrived a Fambridge Yacht Haven today with a broken tiller. It's a metal tiller and a crucial weld had given way, meaning that the tiller was about to snap.
The people at Fambridge not only sorted out a welder to come over within the hour and reweld the joint, but the welder also found a number of other cracks on the tiller and welded those as well. A potential crisis sorted without a fuss.
