Greasing DP-G drive - nipple inside transom

I need to grease the DP-G drive from the nipple point inside the transom.

Can anyone tell me... do I stop when grease starts pouring out on the inside of the hull (ie. close to where the nipple is), or on the outside (ie. the leg)?

I usually keep going until I can see a little grease appearing on the outside.
Having a willing helper watching makes it easier.

It should appear just above the plastic toothed wheel that drives the trim position sensor.

This turned out to be a complete doddle. 10 mins do to both out-drives.

It helped that I had about 18" of headroom over the engine, and for the port engine I could reach in round the side. Thank you Cranchi for making a huge engine bay!
