GRB files

I'm sure I'm missing something obvious, but I can't persuade my laptop to download GRB files of weather because I don't have the software. Does anyone know either how to persuade windows to accept it - or where I can get the software?

Ta ever so in anticipation of some weather worth looking at this year!
