What you need is a cheque book tool
simple really you just get a person onboard that knows about these things and wave said cheque book and broken bit gets mended, new technology, wonderful!!!!

Not quite sure what you are hoping to do here. If you have knocked a piece (however small) off the front of your worktop then grinding and/or polishing that area will do sod all by way of correcting it. The only way to remove the blemish is to grind down the entire length of the worktop until the chipped area becomes flush with the rest. A lot of work for a small defect - couldn't you fill the chip in with a granite dust/resin mixture and then sand and polish just that bit ?
