In consultation with Full Circle , Morgana and myself , the organisation of this event has been passed to MrsT25 ( not her idea /forums/images/graemlins/blush.gif ) who will be making an announcement as soon as final plans are completed but I am advised that there should be plenty of room for all
I have been in contact with a few others from around the area and even as far as Cornwall , and have been advised that more people would like to attend than usual so keep your eyes peeled for the announcement and jump in quick /forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif
Looks like being a good event so hopefully any East coasters that want to attend will get in first

If you ignore the date as listed then yes , this is progressing , but we have had a few problems nailing down the date so will advise as soon as it's all set

Personally I don't think anyone over here is going to object to opening it up to those that don't strictly qualify as EastCoasters so if you can make it when the date is finally set I shall look forward to meeting you again , and others that have met you already will also be there hopefully

This is quickly turning into a fitting up supper.

The original idea was to have a deep closed season event to ward off the SAD. I am going into work in the light now, so we are closer to the beginning of the new rather than the depths of the old.

So then, a renaming is proposed. Fitting Up supper anyone?
