I am thinking of putting a grab rail on my sprayhood. Any advise and any recommendation for source of parts.

You could try <A target="_blank" HREF=http://www.pointnorth.co.uk/spray.asp>Point-north</A>. They do one as an addition to their sprayhoods

A cheap alternative is to have a couple of cut outs in the hood (one either side) so that you can simply grab the rear support tube. I have found this system absolutely fine.
