GPSMap556 problem

I can't get the navigation menu bar to disappear on my Garmin GPSMap556 plotter. After arriving at my destination/waypoint and selecting stop navigation it stubbornly remains, annoyingly taking up space uneceassarily on the small display.

Anyone know how to remove this empty navigation bar from the display?

but cute doesn't solve my plotter display issue.

Great, solved that IT issue. NOW, back to the plotter

Yes, that's what I've tried but still, stubbornly, it stays there. Is there another way?
