GPSMAP 550 stopped working this morning

Was absolutely fine last night, now shows GPS Error... Is this the April bug, and if so why now and not yesterday?

That download doesn't show the 550 in the devices list. This download does, although confusingly it has the same code number - https://www8.garmin.com/support/download_details.jsp?id=8745

OK, accept it might need a software update, but why did it go on the blink at midnight last night?

I thought April 6th was the bug date.

Update... Weirdly, not long after anchoring it started working again...
