gps72 packed in any ideas?

I have a garmin gps72 that was attached to my laptop to act as the receiver for cmap, it will now no longer aquire satellites, anyone have any ideas or should I contact garmin?

If you do a search you will find loads of references on the forums to Garmin's excellent customer service record. Assuming the batteries are OK, it has to be a software prob and Garmin are the peeps to fix it. But you knew that yourself didn't you? /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif
