Does anyone know if a LGC 12W gps antenna/receiver module would work ok
On a LOWRANCE LCX 37 C head unit instead of the LGC 3000 that came with the
Unit ? and if so is there an adapter lead from 4 pin to 5 pin which the lgc3000 has.
I have asked lowrance via email but they do not reply.

phone

I'd phone them up:

001 -918-437-6881

Check the time, they are in Tulsa Oklahoma (omits joke about 24hrs...)

It's cheap to phone using one of the many 'prefix' codes, maybe about 1p/min

Anyway, I have found customer service in big US companies to be very good 'live', so good luck.

Don't know the answer to your question but it's pretty pricey.

Have you thought about this one

I have one with the bare wires feeding DGPS into my Raymarine Interface/Bridge box from where it feeds a second display and the DSC radio. I couldn't get to work with direct with my Furuno GP31 though - I suspect that's the software in the GP31 though. Needs power.
