just read that Navstar have decided GPS will need to become a fee based service; announcing details on MAY 5th, as gallileo intends to be fee driven anyway. crickey, where are my dividers?

Where did you read this?
Did a thorough news search, and no one is reporting on it, and there is no mention on the Navstar website.

only just got round to reviewing the article, and it was an april fool.
Not sure how you would charge for it, now there a 100,000s of gps units out there.... that seemed to me to be the give away !
