I'll go out to my trailer/mechanic guy and photograph the rigs he has built up, and put something together for you.
When he starts from scratch, he uses galvanised C section and screws the teflon strips on top.
I'll do it and get back to you!
Your trailer looks pretty sound from the pics, so its worth doing it. You can still use the centre dog-bone rollers, depends how far you want to go with the mod. The guy has gone to the Melbourne boat show this weekend, but back on Monday. I can't get into his shed until then.
