Gosport Marina-excellent service

A friend was recently forced to leave his yacht at Gosport Marina after an accident.....he returned abroad & it fell upon me to organise recovery of his yacht to Chichester harbour (long story!).

All the staff at Gosport Marina were extremely helpful despite having the yacht left with them at no notice & have spent a long time helping me by providing telelphone numbers,advice & keeping an eye on the boat.

Absolutely splendid service- thanks to everyone there.

I've taken a berth there, from the first of this month, and must agree that they are very friendly and efficient. And if there is another Festival of the Sea at Portsmouth (is there? when?) I shall have a front row seat.
