I've just been looking at some Google videos, and came across a short film of a lifeboat attempting to deliver xmas pressies to the lighthouse keepers at the Needles.......

Short, but interesting!

Great one.... I missed the last one, but had been on many previous ones over the years. The best part of delivering the pressies was the fleet going into Yarmouth for a tipple or two (or three) afterwards!
In fact, although I haven't been in the country for quite a few years now to attend, I thought I heard that the tradition continues, despite not having pressies to deliver!
