The bearings on my Rutland 503 were rumbling - not surprising with the wind and weather it has been left in.

Found this bearing company on-line - Simply Bearings - ordered 12.08, confirmed at 12.15, posted at 16.24, and arrived at 11.05 next morning. All fitted and tested by mid-day. I'll refit it when the boat is re-launched.

Amazing service, but suppose Royal Mail also did very well with all the snow and ice.

No association with them, just a new, very satisfied, customer.

I'll second that. I was quoted over £50 by a company for "sourcing" some bearings. Simply Bearings promptly supplied the same ex stock for around a fiver. Very helpful on the phone too.
