I recently had a problem with a Sterling battery charger I bought mid 2014, intermittent problem, difficult to reproduce on demand. I contacted Sterling Power and they suggested I return the unit to them. I sent it last Tuesday, they received it Wednesday, I received a brand new replacement today, and it's a later model! I reckon you can't fault that for service.

Sterling Power now go on my 'definitely buy their products' list, along with Garmin, Icom and Comar. Henry Lloyd are looking quite lonely on my 'don't touch with a barge-pole list'
