I was careless enough to crack the Lexan lens on one on my Tron 4F flashing lifebouy lights. Not wanting to have to discard an elderley but perfectly serviceable light and spend around £70.00 to replace it I dashed off an email on Easter Monday to Jotrun to ask if they could tell me where I might be able to buy spare parts.
Their respsonse came at 09:19 this morning---a new lens was being despatched to me today free of charge.
Now that's what I call service---no connections etc, just a very satisfied customer
