We normally don't come out until January, but we're heading to warmer climates this winter so wanted to get her out of the water in good time.

All went smooth... didn't do much apart from a quick powerhose, drain water from engines and put in heaters/dehumidifiers.

A sad day, but has to be done :( Counting down the days to Spring 2015

Cheers guys. We did our best to keep the boat shining throughout the season. No matter what, it's going to get a little faded over the winter. I tend to just leave it be, and then in Spring so a serious spring clean on the outside (clean, compound, polish, clean teak etc...) - the inside always remains spotless with the dehumidifier and heater.

By chance, some of you may remember my mentioning that a couple got engaged on the back of the boat a while back, with Ashford Castle in the background. Look at this article that was just published: http://www.independent.ie/life/trav...-most-romantic-place-to-propose-30732048.html

I suspect next year could be busy!!

I know the feeling. Any idea when you'll be re-launching her? March, April?
