A few moths ago, on the general advice of David2452, the ECoast lecky expert, I bought a Klauke 507 crimping tool. A tool with the right 'feel' about it, and giving great confidence that every connection and termination is properly made.

It comes with 3 sets of crimping dies for various cables and connectors, and one of the parts went walkabout cos I had not stored it properly in the handle. I emailed the UK Klauke service man (also on the E coast
), and they are sending me a free replacement set from Germany tomorrow.
They are the same people about whom I posted details of their apprenticeship scheme.
It sounds as if you run a business putting the customer first, you will succeed. The 507 is really an excellent tool; solid, robust, precise, and a joy to operate.
Well done to Klauke, and to David2452.
(Obviously I have no link to the company, other than that of being a very happy customer)
