Major Catastrophe

It is fair to say that while you soft southerners have enjoyed a good summer, in North Wales it says been wet and windy for six weeks and even during the sunny May and June, there was always a cold wind blowing.
Yesterday evening news spread through the marina that Little Ship was due in, and in true tradition, the N Wales lot gathered to score and criticise their boat handling skills. For once the sun shown and it was almost warm.
LS was manned by a distinguished and skilled crew and in this photo, from left to right is: Some man Tom was talking to, James from Providence, Drew and Connie from the Isle of Man, Babs - Tom's SWMBO, Phil and Liz - Philz, and finally, Mal Fogg from Sultans Kapitein. Kawasaki was also there and I am not sure why he isn't in the picture, but as other pictures were taken, I expect they will get posted.
It was great to see Drew and Connie again, and safe journey home today on the new service from RAF Valley to Ronaldsway.
Drew told me that the plane they flew in on was either a Dornier or a Heinkel, but was unable to tell me if it flew with a full bomb load or not.
