This boat was moored across from me in Falmouth today...

Obviously a big fan of the programme. Any other TV series boat names around? I've seen a Blue Peter and a Thunderbird hereabouts.

Break bad
V.: to go wild, get crazy, let loose, to forget all your cares and just plain not give a sh**, to have a great time, to break out of your mold.

Nowt to do with meth other than the TV show of the same name, I think it suits a boat quite well :)

a friend of mine has a boat called pysgod-wibbly wobbly, it means jelly fish in welsh!

I'd wager it actually means Welsh died out long before people noticed jelly fish, like the "word" popty ping :)

Got to be careful with Welsh translations!

I like it and can almost believe someone would just believe that the out of office message was the "translation" they'd requested.

It reminded me of an article in an ICI company newspaper about 40 years ago. It had a picture of a guy wearing overalls with the words "ICI ROUNDEL" on the breast pocket. Someone ordered a load of new overalls and simply wrote "put ICI ROUNDEL on breast pocket" and that's what they got. The fact that someone didn't recognise a request for the ICI logo was considered unbelievable in those days.

Younger forumites may have to Google "ICI Roundel".
