Interesting that it was a north country channel carrying the story when the paint testing station is in the Yealm. Will be interesting to see if it becomes available to leisure users and whether occasional vessel use will make it ineffective, which is what I suspect will be the case.

This paint has been around for 10 years and does the trick. We applied it to fast ferries many years ago. It does save fuel.
Except it is soft and prone to mechanical damage and difficult to overcoat.
International did the same product in a spray can for out drives but now discontinued in this application, cant remember the name.
When you spray it, it smells of almonds.
