Glomex VHF aerial.

Hi,

My Glomex VHF aerial appears kaput due to a perished cable, it says on their website that it has a life time warranty, does anyone doe the criteria, or experience in claiming under warranty. I have a look for a Glomex UK telephone number but could only find one for Italy.
Any help appreciated
