Just had my latest pair split after 4 months' use. This has happened before. I buy them because they are so comfortable, but I'm not buying any more. I know I can have them replaced under warranty but it's a pain. Any recommendations? I don't want Dubarry or similar.

I've bought Xm Yachting About £30, not had them long enough to say they will last, but they are comfy, no inside seam.

Thery're not posh no draw string at the top.

I swear by my trusty Musto M1's, brilliant kit, everlasting and good grip. No silly drawstring.

I had the same problem, I had three pairs and they all split in the same places, After my third pair I asked for my money back, which Gill did happily.
I Purchased the new Henri lloyd rubber boots thinking they would be better, 5months later they split and perished, They are sending me a new pair.
I am thinking the Musto 3/4 leather boots will be on my christmas list.
