1. At the North side of Queensway quay marina, a new small craft marina is under construction. Buoyed and lit. Breakwater caissons under construction in a floating dock. Dredger operating.

2. North end of North Mole being extended. Buoyed and lit. Dredger operating. Entrance to Ocean Village (Marina Bay).

Not on charts yet, worth keeping a good lookout but not too intrusive.

Currently in Mid-biscay on ferry having just driven to Santander from Gibraltar. I would certainly recommend only ever sailing to Gib irrespective of any ongoing marina work. The 90 minute queue forced upon visitors by Our Spanish Friends every time you want to go onto or leave the island is torture.

Probably nothing a very large Royal Navy ship wouldn't be able to sort out though!!!!!!

Last August in Marina Bay my cat was covered in tiny rust spots from shot blasting that was taking place as a result of construction of the dock for the floating hotel. Construction company refused to accept responsibility, marina likewise but they were prepared to reduce the cost of my 3 week stay considerably.
And I thought osmosis would be the issue....
