We're a couple with a 10 month old baby looking for 1 or 2 crew to help us sail from Gibraltar to Ibiza on September 4th.
We need either someone to help with the baby so we can both do shifts or else someone to help with the shifts.
It's 375 miles so expect 3 days although we may stop one or two nights subject to weather.
We will pay for all on board and boat expenses but not travel costs to and from the boat.
