Gib Sea 312 should I buy

I am looking for a good second hand 30-32 feet family boat for routine cruising in the Solent, South Coast, France, etc. I am after plenty of accom space, sound sailing qualities and marina manoeuvring - ie the classic compromise. What is the verdict of a Gib Sea 312 compared with say a Jenneau or Beneteau of similar size? Thanks...

Very good reports from previous similar questions, try a search for gibsea 312 I looked at a couple before I bought my present boat but they were a bit more expensive.
