When my fridge was being fixed I needed to fill the hole in the bottom of it where the refrigerant pipes come in with Sikaflex, to stop condensate getting out into the bilge. My tube of 291 had plenty left but the piston inside the tube was stuck, so I cut the tube open and scooped some out. I did the job, but got some on my shirt. I rubbed most of it off with a clean cloth. The shirt went in the laundry and when it came back I spotted another area of Sikaflex that I had not noticed before. To my surprise the hot wash had turned it chalky and it rubbed off easily, using my hands. The area that I had rubbed whilst wet was another matter entirely, although also chalky it is embedded and won't easily be removed, though further washes may do it.
So for 291 at least the advice is do not rub it before it cures, just remove any excess and give the shirt or whatever a hot wash after the stuff has fully cured.
