Got raw water intake filter (bronze) lid manufatured and now fitted, replaced hot water tank, checked all intake valves and connections, pressurized fuel system and charging batteries amongst others.

This weekend we got around to cleaning... and whilst being an older lady, she does actually clean up quite well...

A busy week ahead of me at work, but have booked Friday off for introducing her to the wet stuff again.... will feel much better then ... :) :)

No need to fish for compliments, Alf. She always looks magnificent. You've picked a nice week to work in a hot, confined space, of course. :D

Looks good from far, but is far from good really !!! ... Only difference we get up here in the summer is a change in the temperature of the rain... :D .. Was Pi$$ing doen on Sat early AM, so got ready for inside only..., but it cleared up about 11AM, and afternoon got nice as you see... All cleaned up outside, then a Coastguard Helicopter landed 50 M away .. throwing up vast quantities of dust :( ..., so had to rinse all of again .... not entirely pleased when that happened...

Splash !! ...

Never nice when hanging high.... happy though as all went well ... only minor niggles left. Engines recomissioned and started up fine... a bit more smoke than usual, slow runup to operating temp with hatches open, then back to berth for re-check etc. Runup of nav system, radar etc., all working ok.... so happy.
Small seapage in raw water filter that was repaired, but shut valves off and re-torqued fittings so should be OK now. Kept valves closed when I left as I could not leave it when not there. Re-check next week-end...
