Things seem a tad borin' at the moment so lets see what the panel can make of this!

Assuming that you have a full set of signal flags and a flunky to pull the bits of string to get them up and down again..on what occasions, if ever, would you dress overall?

Probably in oostende in 3 and a bit weeks time over their festival weekend!

Ive done it at a regatta wek in Falmouth....and last weekend in Padstow lots of boats were doing it.
Never seen Padstow Harbour so full of yachts....mostly from Wales!

Grand inspection by Warden of Cinque ports. There was RNLI, tripper boat, one fishing boat, 2 clogs, assorted mobos, awbs and mabs all trundling round Dover harbour. We are now pledged to defend the rest of you. We were a bit bare compared to others and maybe should have used the tea towels.
