As the title says - been trying to sort it this morning without success. Diagrams below, which colour wire to which colour wire - and which wires can be ignored and don't need to be connected to anything and does the "Accessory On" wire on the Garmin need to go to the power supply?

Help to prevent me aging whilst getting it working will be appreciated.

I found this on Panbo. Speaking to SH seems to be a good idea.

Standard Horizon GX2100 Matrix AIS to Garmin GPS 19X

SH Blue NMEA IN+ to Garmin Gray TX+ (NMEA OUT+)

SH Green NMEA - (ground) to Garmin White/Red TX- (NMEA OUT-)

Garmin RED 12V + to battery positive (on/off switch is recommended)

Garmin Black 12V - to battery ground

Garmin *Orange (Accessory-On) to ground and resistor

*Garmin Orange (Accessory-On)
If you are connecting the antenna to a device that does not have an accessory signal wire, the orange wire from the antenna should be connected to ground.

By default the GPS 19x is outputting NMEA at 38400 bps. The Garmin manual states to install the included resistor cable to limit the output to 4800 bps. Solder the included rate change cable (resistor) in line with the orange accessory-ON wire.

As MoodySabre says.. the NMEA wires are the standard NMEA type connections.

It looks like the Orange wire needs to be used as well - either connected direct to ground (to give default ouput baud 38400) or via the resistor wire that should have been supplied with the GPS (to drop the output baud to 4800 and output frequency to once per second rather than 10 per second updates).

Perhaps more detailed information is here within the Tech Spec and the full installation manual.
