GET RID OF THE ANNOYING BLASTED POPUPS

Please Admins, or web admin get rid of the annoying YBW popups that have surface in the past few hours. I have NO interest in rip off timeshares being rammed in my face.

Go Tools | Options | Content

Check "Block pop-up windows"

Thanks, my popup blocker is working fine, it's just the alert noise and message line at the top of the browser that's driving me nuts every time I click on a ybw page. I've turned off the notification. Typical cheapo red-top junk marketing, not what one expects from premium publications. What next a page 3 girl in mbm, and boat builders cleavage in PBO? /forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif

OF, I've never seen any pop-ups on here!

I have this forum set in my Favorites, and click on it to bring me straight here, and then I access the other forums from here, so i don't get any pop-ups.
I guess if i was too access through the YBW homepage then I might.

Have you tried that?

Thanks Al, I've now blocked them with the pop-up blocker settings in IE7. Your browser probably has the blocker mode already turned on, so your pleasantly oblivious to the nuisance.

I don't know, but you are probably right. The only problem i have is when you want a pop-up, like when you use the tags, its handy when the pop-up box appears for you to insert a URL or such. They don't pop-up for me!

But suppose we can't have it all ways.
