Get in trouble with BSS certificate. Need help

I paid £80 for the BSS on a 57ft boat this year.

Unlike an MOT, there's no set fee, but by the look of it, it pays to shop around. But easier said than done, I had trouble finding someone who would come to me, I had two that didn't get back to me, one that wouldn't travel more than a few miles and another examiner who was only interested if my boat was in his local Marina.
