Saw Geoff Holt give a presentation recently. Doesn't seem like 10 years since he sailed around Britain in a Challenger Trimaran. Absolutely superb talk, a really charismatic speaker and all round personable guy. Heartily recommend him if he does a talk at your Club.

He mentioned his latest project, Wet Wheels. Seems to do a lot of good getting disabled people out on the water even if they aren't able to sail on a yacht or sailing multihull. He made the point that if your life is lived within the four walls of a hospice or hospital a day on the Solent is pretty spectacular which really resonated with me.

I've no connection, just really enjoyed his talk and enjoyed having my preconceptions about GH and his achievements trashed.

He gave a talk to our club a few years ago, I found him very thought provoking.

It's good to hear he is still working to help others. Well worth listening to IMHO.
