I'm going to the Genoa boat show with swmbo for the opening day, 7th Oct 2006, going with other forumites, anyone else going and fancies a beer or two in the Peroni tent? /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif
Will be there as usual, look us up on the stand. Agree with TCM still a bit of a dump but they do pack in the boats and lots to see.
If you really want to see just about everything available in the Euro market and are prepared for a two day marathon trek around the halls (its vast) then Dusseldorf is the only one to go to.
If you want glamour and real glitz (and prices to match) then Cannes starting on the 13th Sept is the one, quite a few world premiers going on this year including one I can't mention /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif
Will be at them all so do pop along and say hi.
Here is the layout of Dusseldorf, hall one is about the size of the entire London show! /forums/images/graemlins/shocked.gif
This is the kind of thing you see at Dusseldorf...should just about fit a bath in there.................. /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif
Yes that seems to be the one, I thought it was 43' but from the details seems to be 44', although named 42 /forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif No more info has been released yet, got to wait for the launch on 7/10/06 at Genoa.
We are learning things day by day about boat size now we have a reasonable sized one, the worrying thing is they seem to fill up so quick, where do you stop? /forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif I can't imagine how I ever survived or got all my safety kit in a 20ft cuddy /forums/images/graemlins/crazy.gif
