Just like some info on Gennakers/Screachers.

Does anybody out there have any definitive answers to what makes these sails different from each other and how do they differ from an asymmetrical spinaker?

Genniker - assymmetric spinnaker, cut slightly flatter and with a hard luff-line and set on a (preferably) angularly variable bowsprit.
Very widely used with the solent as a replacement for the overlapping genoa on modern 3/4-rig designs and a very useful reaching sail, even if it does result in a 35 degree forward shift in apparent wind.

Don't know what a screecher might be, terms will vary from sailing locale to sailing locale, but I suspect it's what used to be known as a "big boy". A spinnaker-type sail set flying on the other side from the poled spinnaker on a full-headsail boat to catch the blow-past the inadequate main. It was a necessity to retain control against broaching on extreme IOR II designs, but added considerably to harmonic oscillation and broken booms/spi-poles.
