Hi Dave,
That technology looks very promising. The only fuel cell that I know of on the marine market at the moment costs £3,000 + and runs on methanol that is not easily found.
This new one has a tolerable price and is the right size for me. I would have preferred 40 watts but could live with 25 as this thing is silent so can be run day and night.
Unfortunately, whilst it is very promising, it is not there yet. It has no 12 volt output and looks as though it it going to be very expensive to run.

Agreed.
It's probably a bit too soon but I've got big expectations of this technology. I recon we'll begin to see affordable units within the next 5 years. This one is very very close IMHO.
