Unless they are something special a bearing stockist may be able to help.

Looks just like mine fitted to my 4-107 Perkins ...

Do you have the manual ?

Water cooled ... yes there should be a heat exchanger 'cannister' fed from the same water that goes through engine ... this cools the oil ...

Mine some years ago - the tubes failed inside and the oil would mix with the water and be expelled out the exhaust. I was on a cruise at the time and we had to hope damage in using would be limited. We would fill the box with oil each time gears would not engage ... and use till next need to fill.
On return to home mooring - the 'cannister' was removed and given to a pal of mine who is a Metals Master ...
The gearbox was flushed ready for return of 'cannister'.

My pal reckoned he'd never seen such a shoddy design .. as he said - it was literally designed to have short life ... I mentioned to him that my engine was likely 40 odd yrs old.
He had opened it up - removed all tubes and created a new tube stack - not so many - but larger bore ... fitted and closed it up.

I fitted that back in about 2011 and its been absolutely perfect still.
