Gas for Bright Spark stoves

I use these stoves on board, and buy the cartridges (CP250) in bulk to keep the price down. Best price I've seen so far is £14.99 for a pack of 12 from Argos, i.e. £1.25 each.

Anyone know of anything better?

Last year our local Tescos were selling nice blue ones branded 'Camping gaz' for about a quid.

What I want is a butane/propane mix 'cos these butane only cartridges get cold and stop working at early May breakfasts and have to be cuddled back to life.

Just keep your sporran-eye on the contents. I think that the Camping Gaz has about 20% more than the others.

Tescos have the Camping Gaz ones back in stock - this year at £2 instead of £1. Presumably this is so they can later sell them at "Half Price" !
