Hi all
Can anyone tell me what size of gas connection the old Vanessa Flavel has?
I have just bought a Nelson Spinflo which has 8mm connection and I am trying to get the correct size flexible connection to the incoming gas stop tap which may be 5/16''. The boat is in Spain so I hopefully can arrange to purchase this before I travel out.

Thanks

I've just removed an old flavel cooker, and replaced it with a plastimo. The 8ml pipe and olive fit in the the gas stop tap. The only small hiccup was the thread on the stop tap is imperial, luckily I kept the compression nuts from the old cooker before I dumped it.

I have just bought the parts to connect my new Spinflo. My boat / flexible pipe is all 3/8". I am using a 5/16 to 3/8" Wade compression fitting on the back of the Spinflo and can confirm it fits O.K (Not yet installed on boat)

It's in the metal skip, third down on the right at Weymouth recycling centre.

Thanks for the thought, but the burners were rusted, and the flame turned everything black.
