The old ones breathed its last and have been stumbling around looking for a new one, came across this one at £45.00 which seems good value.
Ordered it today, I'll give feedback when it arrives.

Cannot believe how helpful they've been. I e-mailed them more in hope than expectation and they are going to cancel my original purchase so I can get one from ebay.

I am installing one in a couple of weeks time. Only criticism I have is that the cable from sensor to alarm has a socking great plug on it!
