I read the various helpful messages about how to connect a Garmin GPS 128 to a DSC radio or to a Navman repeater. Using them, I connected the GPS successfully to my Raymarine 54E radio, but the Garmin still refuses to speak to the Navman repeater. The Garmin handbook claims it supports up to 3 NMEA feeds. Any suggestions?

Try them individually, i.e. only one connection made output at a time. If they both work individually, then connect the next one up and see what happens. If they both work the great, if one or both stop, then you will need a buffer.

I posted here on similar topic about a week or so ago. Thanks to help here & SBC's Yahoo GPS Group, I confirmed wiring OK & narrowed down to a comms prob. From Garmin International site FAQs, I picked up need for different interface settings (on Garmin menu) for PC connection & once this set to None/NMEA, the PC recognized the GPS signal. (Original setting was NMEA/NMEA, which had been OK for the DSC VHF connection). You might try changing the 128 settings- accessed from main menu/settings.
